AJK Design has been involved with many projects, from simple additions all the way up to large infrastructures such as bridges. Our current focus is tailoring designs to suit smaller projects through to medium and large projects. Any size project is considered.
Our staff is conversant with the latest technologies and construction methods to ensure you get the best result for your project. As a member of the Association of Consulting Engineers Australia, we carry professional indemnity and we are accredited structural certifiers in New South Wales.

Two buildings of 48 units plus 4 levels of underground parking. Staged construction was incorporated in the design; construction was achieved in very quick time.
33 Benelong Crescent, Bellevue Hill
Three luxury units, each with its own lift, swimming pool and underground parking, designed to fit in very restricted space.
Ascott Street, Kensington
19 units, 4 storeys above ground and 1 level of parking underground. Technically challenging water table conditions near the basement level.
